SET APART is delighted to offer our Seamless Transition Program that takes on every step of the process before the home is listed for sale, during and even after the sale! It's a ONE STOP service at NO ADDITIONAL COST!

Once you hire us to represent you, we go to work, and here is what we cover:

Market Analysis: To provide you with market value for your home and your estimated net proceeds after the sale.

Home Ready Report: that details the list of TO-DOs to get your home market ready. This is custom to your home and your preferences. We provide recommendations and pricing estimates, and you decide how much you would like to have done.

Estate Sales: If needed, we have our trusted connections with reputable companies, and we handle the communication, scheduling, and coordination.

Maintenance: If your home is vacant and there is a need for ongoing maintenance such as lawn care, plowing, picking up mail, or routine checkups, we've got you. We will hire the professional services needed and do the routine checks and mail pickup ourselves.

Updates: From paint or carpet to siding/roofing and anything in between, we handle that too through our network of contractors and service providers.

Movers: From moving your items to storage for a time period or moving to your new residence upon closing, we have you covered. We handle the U-Haul rental, coordinating with the movers for a seamless move.

Professional Cleaning: We take care of that too! We work with the best cleaners out there and only work with the ones we can trust. This service is again coordinated and managed by us, and the cost is on us.

Staging: We provide complimentary staging consultation and partial staging. We use your furniture and bring our trending staging items to freshen things up. If you do choose full-service staging, which entails furniture and decor per room, we have you covered! This service is at an additional cost, and we coordinate with our top-of-the-line stagers to get the job done within your budget.

Full Service Listing: Now your home is ready, and so are we! Our full-service market plan includes professional photography, drone photos or virtual staging if needed, marketing campaigns, open houses, social media, and so much more! We manage the transaction from beginning to end and work closely with our trusted title company to ensure a seamless experience.

Utility Transfer: Once we receive a clear to close, we will contact all your utility providers and order the disconnect of service as of the day of closing.
